Orders & Shipping
Where is my order?
Most orders ship out in 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). Once it's shipped out, you will get a shipping confirmation with tracking. Learn more about shipping by clicking here.
I'm missing a puzzle piece!
If you are missing a puzzle piece and you suspect it's a manufacturing defect, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include a picture of the puzzle along with the puzzle name and ISBN.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
We start processing your order as soon as you submit it, so we are unable to cancel, edit, or add products to your order after you complete it.
Can I add gift messaging to my order?
Yes! You can only add your gift message in the cart by typing in the box labeled "ADD A GIFT MESSAGE TO YOUR ORDER". You will not be able to view or change the gift message during checkout. You will have to return to the cart to make any changes.
Your gift message will show in your order confirmation and on the package slip (prices will not show on the package slip). We cannot edit or add gift messages once the order has been placed.

We do not offer returns as stated in our return policy.
