Brass Monkey is not responsible for UPS Ground Service delivery schedules after orders leave our fulfillment center. If there are issues with your shipment or delivery please contact UPS customer service: 1 (800) 742-5877
Total fulfillment & shipping time is 5-8 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding federal holidays) from date of order placed to delivery, based on customer location.

We cannot cancel, edit or adjust orders, including the shipping address, after the order is submitted.
Please be sure to confirm & update your current address information when using Express Checkout payment options like Pay Pal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay.
We do not offer returns. We only offer a refund or replacement for broken or damaged items purchased directly from our official website. Please provide a photo of the damaged item you received in an email and we will assist you!

Where is my order?
Most orders ship out in 2-4 business days (Mon-Fri). Once it's shipped out, you will get a shipping confirmation with tracking. Learn more about shipping by clicking here.
I'm missing a puzzle piece!
We can only offer replacements for products that were directly ordered on the BrassMonkeyGoods.com webstore. We only send replacements for items reported as damaged/missing due to manufacturing defects within the continental United States. We’re unable to provide individual puzzle pieces or replace puzzles with the same image. Please visit our Contact Us page for further information. We cannot offer international replacements. Please kindly contact the retailer or store from which the product was originally purchased. We cannot send replacements if you lost pieces while assembling the puzzle. Please take the time to look around wherever the puzzle was assembled thoroughly before sending an email.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
We start processing your order as soon as you submit it, so we are unable to cancel, edit, or add products to your order after you complete it.
Can I add gift messaging to my order?
At this time we are unable to provide Gift Messaging functionality. We will resume this service very shortly. We apologize for the inconvenience.
